Bed was comfortable. Room was nice and cool. The mini refrigerator and microwave was nice.pool was warm. Lots of parking. Easy on and off of the freeway. There are poop bags available all around the property.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Facilities and room were quite nice. Breakfast was pretty good. I've been coming to this location for several years for an event at the HEB Center, and have found this location to be one of the best values for money and quality in the area. Quite close to HEB Center and other area attractions.

The TV in our room was not working so , the staff tried to figured it out while we were aout for our convention , but the could'n , so the manager put us in another beter room , I think her problem solution to this situation was very accerted and exactly as we were spected .

Very nice staff, They were absolutely awesome. The water temp and pressure and temperature controller in the room were really good and responsive. The breakfast was pretty good.

The Continental breakfast was very good, they offer several options, and the room was very clean. I like the extra instalations like the gym and pool, but I didn't have time to try tgem out.

Needed to book a room last minute for my mom who uses a wheelchair. The room we originally booked was unavailable as somebody else at the hotel booked it and changed our reservation to a regular room without our knowledge. At checking the staff upgraded her to a suite, at no additional charge, that was an ADA room. We were so grateful! The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast has waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, toast, yogurt, orange and apple juice, and coffee. The hotel is looking worn on common areas but we had a very good experience. We did not visit the pool so no comments to make.

Everything! It was easy to locate. We were only on the first floor but everything was very clean and smelt clean. I loved the breakfast! Texas shaped waffles - need I say more?! We visit Austin several time a year and this is now our preferred place to stay.
